EIGRP – Equal Load Balancing


 Secara default EIGRP akan menerapkan load balancing pada link yang equal

Buatlah topologi diatas dan lakukan konfigurasi berikut ini :

 R1 

R1(config)#int f0/0 

R1(config-if)#ip add 12.12.12.1 255.255.255.0 

R1(config-if)#no shutdown 

R1(config)#int f0/1 

R1(config-if)#ip add 13.13.13.1 255.255.255.0 

R1(config-if)#no shutdown 

R1(config)#int lo0 

R1(config-if)#ip add 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.255 

R1(config-if)#ex 

R1(config)#router eigrp 1 

R1(config-router)#net 0.0.0.0 

R1(config-router)#no auto-summary 

R2 

R2(config)#int f0/0 

R2(config-if)#ip add 12.12.12.2 255.255.255.0 

R2(config-if)#no shutdown

Seperti yang terlihat diatas, 2 jalur digunakan secara bersamaan untuk menuju ke loopback0 R4 (Equal Cost Load Balancing) yakni via R2 (12.12.12.2) dan R3 (13.13.13.3)
